- Product Expertise in Oracle OSM , OM (Order Management), and Billing with sound knowledge of integration across the systems like CRM/OM/Billing/Provisioning.
- Broad understanding of Order Management d omain of OSS/BSS Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experienced in various phases like Requirements, Analysis, Design, Development and Testing in GSM environment.
- Good analytical and customer handling skill. Should have a good knowledge of SDLC of project.
