Job Description:
- Telecom background in OSS/ BSS particularly web self care / EBPP - atleast 5 yrs of working in a managerial position in an operational environment .
- Strong understanding of billing, web self care and EBPP.
- Must have worked on such projects with J2EE technologies Must have managed teams of around 7-10 people .
- Must have strong understanding of SLA based enviornment and worked in a risk/re ward type of SLA setup .
- The candidate will be in-charge of all web self care transformation activities.
- Needs to manage the web self care / EBPP implementation/SI in term of Wipros scope of responsibilities from a contractua l perspective.
- Will be required to closely manage the team to ensure adherence to SLA and liaise with the client Operations Director on a regular basis.
