Associate Technical Consultant-EBPP

Job Description

• Telecom background in OSS/ BSS particularly web self care / EBPP - Pitney Bowes Product Suite.
• Strong understanding of billing, web self care and EBPP.
• Must have strong understanding of SLA based enviornment and worked in a risk/reward type of SLA setup.
• Good analytical and customer handling skill. Should have a good knowledge of SDLC of project.
