Job Description
- Telecom operational supoort/maintenance background in OSS/ BSS - resource having strong experience in provisioning- Oracle ASAP product Suite .
- Good understanding of Provosioning .
- Working experi ence in operational support of Provisioning, Billing, OSS, Service Assurance, Service Fulfillment .
- Good analytical and customer handling skill.
- Should have a good knowledge of SDLC of project.
