- Product Expertise in Oracle OSM,OM (Order Management), and Billing with sound knowledge of integration across systems like CRM/OM/Billing/Provisioning.
- Broad understanding of Order Management domain of OSS/BSS.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in various phases like Requirements, Analysis, Design, Development and Testing in GSM environment.
- Good analytical and customer handling skills.
